We recently finished a full yard project for a home in Winchester, CA. The homeowner wanted a clean, easy-to-maintain space with a fresh look in both the front and back yard. We handled the entire job, including concrete walkways, artificial turf, decorative rock, and a vinyl fence with a gate.
We started with the concrete. In the front and side yard, we poured new walkways with a smooth finish and clean lines. In the backyard, we created a grid-style patio using square concrete slabs with strips of turf in between. This gave the space a modern, finished look.
After the concrete work, we installed artificial grass in the front yard, side yard, and between the concrete squares in the back. The turf was installed over a properly prepped base, with tight seams and clean edges throughout.
We added decorative rock around the trees and plants to give everything a cleaner look and make those areas easier to maintain. We also planted rose bushes in the front yard to add some color to the entrance.
We installed a white vinyl fence along one side of the property, running from the front yard to the back, with a gate for access. Once everything was completed and cleaned up, the yard looked completely different.
Now the space has clear walkways, green turf, neat landscaping, and a clean fence line to bring it all together. It turned out just the way the homeowner wanted.
